🔬 Fabric Development Capability

• Composition & weight customised to you: From 78% Nylon / 22% Spandex at 220 gsm to compressive 250 gsm knits, ribbing, mesh and French terry ETC— we build the fabric to your spec.
• Hand-feel matching: Send us a swatch you love; we reverse-engineer the drape, stretch recovery, matte finish and surface touch within 7–10 days.
• In-house mill partnership: We work directly with knitters and dyehouses, so we control yarn, gauge, dye lot and finish — no trading markup, no third-party delays.
• Consistent quality: Every bulk roll is checked for colour fastness, shrinkage and gram weight before it enters cutting.

• rPET recycled polyester made from plastic bottles — equivalent stretch and softness, lower virgin input.
• Recycled nylon (Econyl®-type) for premium, sustainable lines.
• Low-impact dyeing: water-based inks, low-temperature dyeing, treated wastewater.
• GRS-certified supply chain with full traceability for recycled content — audit reports available to your brand.
